responsibilities :

- to monitor all aspects of operations of the restaurant and control it quality on service and brand image.

- to drive service team members to provide professional, passion and caring service standard in order to achieve customers satisfaction and may be exceeded customers’ expectations. 

- to develop VIP customers and establish the CRM system.

- to ensure the team members are fully understanding and are aware of the menu products as well as serve customers.

- to maintain the restaurant in elegant, comfortable, and hygienic environment.

- to handle cost control and manpower planning. Work closely with executive chef on food promotions, menu planning and food quality.

- handle customer complaint and aftersales service.

requirement :

- holding diploma in hospitality / hotel catering or above.

- at least 2 years management experience in high-end western restaurant in the similar capacity.

- strong communication skills, leadership and training skills, able to maintain team cohesion.

- able to work under great pressure.
