As a SCM Engineer, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Distribution Solutions (BL) Business Line, based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

? Cost reduction as key SCM KPI.
? Operational sourcing on design to order.
? Price and other commercial negotiation with suppliers.
? Supplier performance improvement.
? Follow up Group/BU/LBU category strategy and realization.
? Rush order support, delivery or quality assurances.
? Internal cross-functional communication & supporting.
? New product or TOT project for RMU_Safe early involvement.
? Supplier base management and continuous improvement.
? Develop supply base assurance process, supplier audit/improvement/sustains.
? Supplier communication.
? Yearly negotiation.
? Supplier number reductions.

? A Bachelor’s degree, major in Purchasing & planning or engineering background is preferred.
? Proficient in SAP skill (MM Module).
? Familiar with RMU switchgear components.
? Good reporting skills.
? Excellent in Computer skill and MS-Office.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
