Responsibilities will include:

• Processing payments, including manual check, online payments and foreign currency payments
• Issue china VAT invoices based on the LN system invoices
• Preparing the documentation for foreign currency receipt and payment
• Liaising with tax office regarding tax invoice purchase, tax benefit claim, and other tax related matters
• Respond to bank and tax office on enquiries
• Maintaining filing system of invoice and payments
• Assist with Month end closing
• Filing and other general clerical duties
