Responsibilities:
1.Act as a technical expert to provide timely technical support and solution on the request, problems and advisory service;
2.Strict follow the predefined IT processes for troubleshooting and solving incidents and problems within the IT environment;
3.Provide rapid and correct Problem Determination, Problem Source Isolation and accurate description in 5W2H before escalation;
4.Provide Technical Feedback to escalation team such as BA, IT infrastructure, service desk etc. for continuous quality improvement;
5.Carry out installations, upgrades and improvements in different IT and communication systems as instructed by higher experienced engineers;
6.Be extremely accurate in the information and solutions provision;
7.Communicate action plans and progress to all parties involved;
8.Collaborate with 1st level, 2nd level and 3rd level IT engineers to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction;
9.Provide forum process and technical training to business departments;
10.Learn advanced technologies and deliver IT solutions to business departments. Decide among other things how best to satisfy business department's needs in varying critical and non-critical situations;
11.Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality when interacting business departments;
12.Active participation in various types of projects within the IT area.
Requirements:
1.Computer Engineering/ IT education background with intern experience or 1 year working experience in end user support or business application support or programming;
2.Experience in Microsoft technologies is preferred;
3.Fair written and verbal English;
4.Quick learning and troubleshooting skills are needed;
5.Hard working and great passion on new computer technology;
6.Strong desire to learn new technology;
7.Candidate must be proactive and highly self-motivated’
8.Demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge.
