We are looking for recruiting (Assistant) consultants to join us for this efforts.

(Assistant) Consultant - Beijing

The consultant intern will work with our Silicon Valley team to recruit high profile candidates, discussing career interests and introducing them to opportunities with Chinese Companies. This would be an exciting opportunity to learn about the hiring culture of Chinese companies as well as the environment in Silicon Valley. Also, take this opportunity learn from the best consultants in the industry. Responsibilities: * Recruiting requirement analysis with clients * Talent search and call screenings * Help coordinate interviews between different time zones. * Industry and salary research in both US and China * Salary negotiation, and deal closing etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:

* Interested in Human Resource Industry, particularly recruiting

* Be proactive: ask questions, and think why you ask those questions

* Fast learner: bear a can-do attitude and we help you advance the skills that you'd like to improve

* Fluent in English: you are expected to be able to communicate with the candidates who may be able to only speak English. Thus English language skill is a must.

* Conversant in Mandarin: The office is mainly local employees and a conversational standard is expected.

Expected to commit at least 3 working days/week.

Compensation at 200/day.
