岗位职责:

1. AmSupply work package responsible person / AmSupply系统工作负责人
1.1 Join the implementation of AmSupply at Shunyi project, discuss and define blueprint of responsible work package, study and understand system function and business process including overview system landscape 参与顺义AmSupply项目实施，讨论并确定所负责工作包的系统蓝图，在过程中深入学习并理解对应工作包系统功能及业务流程，包括整理系统设计框架
1.2 Design and join integration test and user acceptance test, responsible for defect management and key user training设计并参与集成测试和UAT测试，管理缺陷修复。完成关键用户培训
1.3 Following ITIL standard, responsible for IT operation. As well as receive from business user new system demand and complete business analysis based on own konwledage遵循以ITIL规范为基准的IT运维流程，担任所负责工作包的运维工作。以及接收来自用户的新需求，结合实际业务和系统功能完成需求分析
2. IT procurement and supplier management IT采购及供应商管理
2.1 To make annual IT procurement plan and budget according to annual IT project need, and to report to IT manager for approval.
依据业务部门年度IT项目需求，制定年度IT采购计划及采购预算，并上报IT管理层审批；"
2.2 To cooperate with procurement department in procurement of consultancy services, operation services, application development services and alteration services, including cost application, supplier selection, technological contract and others compilation 根据IT管理层批准的IT项目计划，协同采购管理部门开展咨询服务、运维服务、应用开发服务以及需求变更服务的各项采购工作，包含费用申请、备选供应商选择、技术协议等材料的撰写、相关手续的办理以及参加采购会议辅助项目的顺利审批
2.3 To collect supplier appraisal from BU 收集部门对供应商的后评价
2.4 To conduct Third-Party management and evaluation on IT development and consultancy supplier, including daily job content confirmation, Key-Customer communication efficiency supervision and final result delivery 负责对IT应用开发及咨询服务的供应商进行第三方管理和考核，包含日常工作内容的确认、与关键用户沟通的效率以及最终交付物的提交等
2.5 To review regularly complete status of procurement plan, to make sure procurement implemented as planned. To deal with emergent procurement alteration to meet compliance request 定期回顾采购计划的完成情况，确保按照原定计划执行，处理紧急变更确保采购合规
3. IT project management IT项目管理
3.1 To be fully responsible for the project approved by IT management meeting，including project-establishment and project-planning etc.根据由IT管理层批准的IT项目的范围、时间、质量及成本的综合因素考虑，进行项目的立项及项目总体规划与阶段性计划安排
3.2 To implement in-process milestone, cost and quality control according to project plan依据项目规划，关注实施过程中的重要时间节点、控制成本费用、处理项目问题，完成项目的质量监控
3.3 To perform system requirements analysis, supplier selection, supplier communication, blue print confirmation, system implementation， testing and rollout till system go life and future support.负责协调用户和供应商进行详细的需求分析、方案确认、测试，系统实施到最后系统上线，及上线后的阶段性技术支持
3.4 To record the project issue list, to tracking and coordinate based on the project issue list. ensure the project go smoothly 记录问题清单。追踪，协调项目问题的状态, 确保项目平稳完成

任职资格:

1. 大学本科毕业及以上学历，计算机相关类专业Bachelor and above graduated from universities, Computer related major.
2. 2+ years experience of SAP MM / WM consultant,2年以上SAP MM/WM经验;Prefer to experience of IT on auto industry.有汽车行业IT经验优先.
3. 精通IT流程知识，并对IT行业及趋势和方向有很好了解,了解制造业.Proficient in IT process. know well IT industry trends / future view, Have good knowledge of manufacture industry
4. 计算机使用熟练、具备英文读写说的能力,Proficient in computer operation. Capability of good English.
5. 具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通表达能力。Good team spirit and communication skill.
6. 具备很强的设计能力, 高压力环境下高效地优先排序并执行任务的能力Strong capability of designing, Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
