实习内容 / Job Description

 

1. 协助文件归档到资料册 / Assisting on documents filing to data binders;

2. 创建标签、放置到文件活页夹内 / Creating and placing labels to file binders;

3. 复印照片 / Making photo copies;

4. 创建不同文件的Excel索引 / Creating excel index for miscellaneous documents;

    

工作频次 / Frequency (per week)

 

一周内一至两次 / One or two days per week at least;

 

要求 / Other requirement

 

1. 熟悉计算机操作 / Skilled at PC manipulation (word and excel);

2. 能够读懂英文 / Could read and understand English’

3. 喜欢文案工作 / Enjoy document work;

4. 认真执行工作命令 / Good at following instructions
