岗位职责：

1. 根据IC产品规格和测试需求，协助RD制定完善测试方案

2. 量产测试程序的开发与维护，测试良率的改善与测试时间的优化。

3. 测试数据的整理与分析

4. 协助QE 完成产品可靠性，老化ATE，FA测试

任职要求：

1. 电子类相关专业，全日制本科或以上学历

2. 2年以上IC测试开发工作经验，动手能力强。

3. 熟悉C/C++语言; 

4. 工作认真负责、善于学习、具有良好的团队合作精神

5. 有ASL1K，Accotest8200，Amida3K开发经验优先
