Key Accountabilities:

?     LeadAdmin team to deliver fast and efficient administration services to meet theneeds of the internal customers

?     Ensureproper policies and procedures are in place and work processes are constantlyreviewed for improvement

?     Deliverexcellent value in purchased goods & services, ensure a high performance ofsupplier base for all the functions.

?     Setand monitor the processes & standards of the procurement within thecommercial & functional team to ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures.

?     Manageand carry out the procurement including tendering process for various functionsfor the company.

?     Conductsupplier survey and analyzes supplier performance to improve costing andquality.

?     Responsiblefor all aspects of supplier management to ensure cost-effective products andservices are provided to each business function with consistent quality andacceptable delivery levels maintained

?     Collaborateswith cross-functional team, communicates and trains partners in procurementguidelines and 

classifications.

?     Builda high performance team to support the office administration and procurement,train, develop and motivate the team members to meet team objectives.

Requirements:

?     Bacheor’sDegree or above

?     5+years of relevant experience

?     Excellentnegotiation skills

?     Strongprocess orientation

?     Financialacumen & commercial sense

?     Goodleadership skills

?     Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

?     Goodcommand of spoken and written English is preferred
