It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, valve and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application. Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. Job Description

Design and dimension calculating of hydraulic components for axial piston pumps and motors. Manage development projects and teams according to the Bosch Rexroth product development process. Implement newly designed products into series production. Assist sales with technical expertise for potential new projects.
1, Design and dimension calculating of hydraulic components for local market
2, Manage application and variant projects according to company process and guidelines
3, Support of the sales department in order to fulfill technical requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
4, Technical collaboration with the lead development department and local plant in order to standardize locally developed products, and make the design more realizable and robust
5, Technical documentation of locally developed components
6, Material and tolerance selection according to technical requirements, quality standards and availability
7, Support of localization project in technical questions and issues

Qualifications

1, Bachelor or Master degree in mechanics or hydraulics.
2, Fluent in English or German.
3, Experienced in design engineering and project management.
4, Experienced in CAD, Pro/Engineer will be preferred.
5, Team work spirit.
