Job Description

1.？？？？ [30%] Solution Development for MiL/SiL/HiL based on ETAS Tools:

Propose the MiL/SiL/HiL solution of ETAS based on the ETAS available tool COSYM;

Take the ETAS available model, or third-party model as base to promote MiL/SiL/HiL project or to promote only the ETAS tools;

Collect and feedback the bugs and improvement of ETAS software and align with development team and Program managers;

2.？？？？ [70%] Project Execution:

- take the lead of system specification, engineering parts specification for HiL systems, especially for NEV HiL, based on the system of ETAS;

- conduct the system test and setup, including engineering parts tests, system open loop test and system closed loop test with customer’s controller, in pure signal level or in HV and small current level;

- cooperate with test service team to provide corresponding test automation interface;

- take the lead of MiL/SiL project specification, implementation, parameterization and execution on-site with customer;

- Documentation of designs, specifications and tests, MiL/SiL system configuration, execution results and data analyzation;

- modify and parameterize the ETAS model based on the requirements of Customers;

Qualifications

Main Job Requirements / Qualifications:

Working experience:

·？？？？？？ 5 years NEV system test experience, especially, but not limited to, HiL test;

·？？？？？？ Or 5 years in MiL/SiL system test experience;

Education:

·？？？？？？ Master degree+, preferred on major of EE or automotive engineering;

Technical Skills / Abilities:

·？？？？？？ Familiar with modeling tools, like Matlab/Simulink, other modeling tool is an add up;

·？？？？？？ Experience in collecting, analyzing the customer requirements and prepare the solution with NEV HiL, MiL/SiL tool chain;

·？？？？？？ Experience in MiL/SiL simulation, with plant model and controller model and be able to execute the MiL/SiL project alone;

·？？？？？？ Experience in NEV Domain HiL system execution, like BMS, VCU, FCCU and MCU;

·？？？？？？ Know-How in ETAS tools, products especially in HiL test and validation field (LABCAR, LCO, LCA, INCA, etc.) is a plus

·？？？？？？ Experience in working with HW (IO Boards, Racks, etc.) and SW (C, C# and The Mathworks？ Products)

Soft Skills:

·？？？？？？ Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English language

·？？？？？？ Good analytic and problem solving skills

·？？？？？？ Convincing customer communication skill

·？？？？？？ Capability to integrate and work in an international team

·？？？？？？ Willingness to travel frequently (50%) within China

·？？？？？？ Willingness to communicate with customer to promote ETAS solution

·？？？？？？ High drive for agility and interested in theoretical background of E-motor and Fuel Cell control strategies
