DUTIES:

To assist the F&B Director in the overall administration and operation of the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits thru creative and market relevant activities. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance, labour productivity and customer satisfaction.

协助餐饮部总监管理餐饮部各个餐厅的运营和行政工作。通过举办相关促销活动创造利润的最大化。保证良好的食品质量，员工表现，老产率和客人满意度。

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese.
• minimum 5 years in international 5-star hotels.
• 3 years prior experience as restaurant manager or above in international 5-star hotels.
• Shows leadership ability.
• Good communication skills.
• 具有流利的中、英文听说读写的能力。
• 具备5年以上五星国际酒店工作经验。
• 具备国际五星级酒店3年以上餐厅经理经验。
• 展现领导才能。
• 良好的沟通技巧。
