职位描述：

Sales Market Market Unit (SM MU) CN 1.SM MU management Make IS monthly report & IS quarterly report as IS performance and report to China Business Unit and Global SM MU, etc.

2. Account Management Take the role of account management as person in charge of certain Business Unit in China, etc.

3. VOC & Customer Satisfaction Conduct the user survey with KPI achievement and IS service improvement together with IS delivery team, etc.

4. VOC & Demand Management Business demand collection & requirement analysis & review for MRP/Budget/daily activities, etc.

5. Business Solution Design & Proposal Engage into solution&proposal together with IS delivery team, etc.

6. Systemization Consideration, Share IT direction, promote IT strategy&initiative to BU together with IS delivery team, etc.

职位要求：

1. Good communication skills both in oral conversation and presentation

2. Understand IS service & BU operations for sales & marketing & other area, coordinate to resolve the problem with improvement.

3. Personality: honest, open, patient, cheerful

4. Good English skills in listening/speaking and reading/writing

5. Hands-on knowledge on account communication, IT knowledge with new technology.

6. Have working experience in application/infrastructure service delivery of electronic industry, new technology such as cloud, RPA, DI, mobility and etc.
