Key Responsibilities Duties 工作职责

· Provide a safe and secure environment for Students/staffs without ever sacrificing service. Supervise water facilities and maintain an eye on the water and the students AT ALL TIMES. 认真做好岗前准备工作，包括救生器材的准备、完成池内消毒准备和泳池水质的日常清洁消毒；时刻确保泳池池区的安全使用

· Provide excellent service by focusing on water and activity safety. 提供优秀的泳池安全服务。

· Be aware of all students/staffs and whether they may need help. Assist readily without being verbally asked to do so. Be aware that a student/staff may not be able to ask for help. 随时关注学生/员工是否需要帮助

· Inspection of all equipment and related life safety equipment daily to ensure safety and working order condition. 监测以及汇报游泳池内的各种情况（包括：水温，水质清晰度等等）

· Reports all incidents, safety concerns or students issues to Head of PE readily. 及时向体育部主管及时汇报泳池事故，安全隐患。随时关注学生/员工是否需要帮助

Qualifications/Training 资质证明/培训

Diploma/bachelor’s degree 专科/学士学位

Experience / Knowledge 经验/知识

· 2 years working experiences in swimming pool   2 年泳池工作经验

· Current certification/licensing in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR are required to maintain this position, Health Certificate and relative life-saving skills  有效期内的专业救生资格证书， 急救，心脏复苏和健康证，及相应的救生技能

· Certificate of Water Treatment worker is a plus  持有国家认证的水处理工证书者优先

· Good communication skill with staff   能与员工沟通良好

· Active working attitude especially for government liaison   积极的工作态度，尤其在与政府联络时

· Mandarin- Fluent oral and written   普通话 - 流利的口头表达和顺畅的书面表达
