Job Description

? Translate marketing strategies into the optimal mix of programs with digital marketing channels (leads generation, eDM, web, ePR, SEO,SEM,etc.) under marketing guideline and align with value proposition to achieve business goals. Moreover, ensure integrated messaging and branding consistent.

? All leads generation programs management to drive growth from direct and indirect sales in close coordination with local teams by leveraging CRM.

? Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, display Ad, paid social, SEO, SEM and other digital channels & methods with a strong focus on demand generation and evaluate the ROI.

? Manage website China content, increase qualified traffic and do web analytics.

? Analyze, measure and report out on business impact and effectiveness of campaign activities to develop optimization recommendations.

? Ensure timely execution of project deliverables; effectively oversee project milestones, resources, and priorities.

Requirement

? BA or BS in Marketing or related field. 6+ years prior experience in Marketing with hands-on execution and management experience in digital marketing and website management.

? Working knowledge of Zoho, Mailchimp, Salesforce, HTML etc. and Photoshop knowledge is a plus.

? Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with “can-do” approach. Self-driven.

? Good understanding about big data industry is a plus and strong business sense.

? Good analytical skills with strong visualization competences via MS Office required

? Mandarin native, Good in English fluent (written and verbal)
