岗位职责：

• 参与公司年度计划并制定预算；
• 管理日常会计工作；
• 评估财务系统的实用性并在需要时牵头更新系统功能和软件；
• 审查财务数据并编制月度及年度财务报表；
• 辅助资金管理；
• 建立公司财务模型及财务管理制度并监督执行；
• 对公司投资组合进行风险回报的财务分析；
• 与金融机构及当地政府部门保持沟通；
• 了解并遵守财务税务相关法规政策；
• 参与新项目的财务尽调；
• 工作覆盖内地和香港（全球）。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，会计、金融专业；
• 拥有CPA或类似专业资质者优先；
• 3年以上财务管理经验并熟悉投资公司的运作；
• 有四大经验者优先；
• 英语流利，能够作为工作语言；
• 熟悉大陆财务税务相关法律法规（熟悉香港法律法规者更优）；
• 自我激励、关注细节、有团队协作精神以及无监督的独立工作能力；
• 办公地点为上海。

Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Participate in annual planning and compile group budget;
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations;
• Assess suitability of accounting information system and lead the implementation of new functions or software if necessary;
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual financial reports;
• Assist treasury management;
• Establish and maintain financial models and policies for the company;
• Perform risk and return analysis of the group’s investment portfolio;
• Stay in touch with financial institutions and local authorities;
• Understand and adhere to finance and tax regulations;
• Participate in financial due diligence of new investments;
• Cover operations in both mainland and Hong Kong (global).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
• CPA or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred;
• Over 3 years of financial management experience with solid understanding of the operations of an investment company;
• Experience in Big Four is preferred;
• Proficient in English, can use English as working language;
• Familiar with accounting/tax policies and laws in mainland (and Hong Kong as a plus);
• Solid accounting background with self-motivated, hard-working, details-oriented, good team-work spirit and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision;
• Based in Shanghai.
