Job Description

Ensure material delivery, production plan on track, customer order fulfillment;
确保材料供应， 生产计划按时完成，保证客户订单的准时交货.

1. Set up/optimize long term material plan according to market FC/consumption/capacity, effective negotiation with supplier to ensure material prepation and capacity reservation.
？？ 根据市场预测/工厂产能及历史使用量，通过有效的供应商沟通，以确保并优化物料的长期计划。

2. Material planning and ordering from suppliers, monitor plan/order implemetation to ensure on time delivery.
？？ 物料计划及订单的下达，跟踪执行以确保供应商准时交货

3. Coodinate with PUx, QMM, LOG2 to deal with unqualified material, push inspection process for urgent material and physical material transferring etc. internal process. Communicate with production planner in time to？ fulfill customer demand
？？ 协调采购,质量,仓库等部门, 处理不合格品,紧急物料催检,内部物流运输， 及时与生产计划沟通，确保满足客户需求

4.Material Inventory control to meet KPI requirement.
？？ 物料库存的管理满足关键指标要求

5.Responsible for related material project to optimize suppliy chain and improve supplier delivery performance
？？ 负责与物料相关的项目，优化供应链, 提高供应商供货表现

6.Supplier management, annual logistics agreement ( consignment stock, SA, LT, EDI etc)
？？ 负责供应商管理，年度物流协议签订 ( 寄售库存, SA, 供货周期, EDI 等)

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical, trading or Logistic preferred？ / 本科学历，机械，贸易或物流专业优先
- Profound knowledge and experience in MRP II/SAP, MM, PP, SD module. lean logistic, Pull System (incl. Kanban and Supermarket), Leveling？ 对于以下方面良好的知识与经验：MRP II/SAP, MM, PP, SD 模块, 精益物流, 拉式生产系统（包括，看板及超市），均衡，评估（关键业务指标KPI;
- Familiar with MS OFFICE, good at PC skill and good knowledge in SAP production planning / 熟练使用电脑和OFFICE 办公软件, 熟练运用SAP生产计划模块
- Fluent in Mandarin, logical and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) thinking / 思路敏捷，口齿清晰, 热衷持续改进流程；
- Fluent in both written and spoken English / 英语书面及口语表达流畅
- Open personality, team spirit and active communication skills？ / 性格开朗，有团队精神和良好的沟通能力
- Honest, responsibility, able to work under pressure / 诚实正直，有责任感，能承受工作压力
- Problem analytical skill and problem solving, / 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力
- Relevant working experience incl. production or project management preferred / 相关工作及生产或项目管理经验者优先.
