职位描述：

1、了解客户需求，确认工作目标，就工作目标、内容和范围与客户达成共识

2、收集行业相关信息与资料，对客户需求进行系统分析研究，进行前期策划，确定企划方案大纲

3、协助客户制定方案实施计划，并指导方案实施
4、活动后收集整理反馈信息

2、有良好的文字表达能力，及分析、整理能力

3、有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神

4、专业为营销、广告、中文、管理类专业优先
