职位描述：

1. Work with business team and define detail business & functional specifications for projects & enhancement

2. Provide support to local business of corporation systems.

3. Analyze and identify root cause, action plans, and resolution to issues. Track details.

4. Produce Business Object reports with requirements from local business.

5. Be the expert in corporation systems..

6. Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures

7. Communicates design and technical specifications to development team

8. Ensure compliance for required IT policy for the new application

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or information systems or related discipline

2. A minimum of 5 years of IT support maintenance or Business analysis role with a focus on Business Object or first level of support.

3. Strong Communication and coordination skills, flexible to handle different situations

4. Able to quickly learn legacy system through training, user manual and self-study.

5. Ability to analyze, design, implements and maintain IT applications

Desired Characteristics

1. Technology experience in a majority of the following: Database SQL Server; Operating Env: Windows; Middleware : Java / Java Enterprise EDI

2. Strong analytical skills; Can communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
