岗位描述：

1. 负责公司B端 、C端合作学校ASA项目，冬夏令营，特色营及全面招生工作;

2.根据公司年度营业额总计划目标，合理分解销售目标，并指导监督销售部达成指标；

3.负责公司大客户,合作学校的开拓和维护，保持客户和公司的良好合作关系;

4. 积极追踪客户反馈，解决客户问题，提高客户满意度和续约率；

5. 及时了解业内市场发展动态，并根据变化及时调整市场发展战略；

6. 对招生业绩结果负责，完成公司销售目标.及时总结和汇报销售的相关数据分析，并根据指示作出相应的策略调整；

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，熟悉教育培训行业B端、C端市场推广、招生、 客户开发及维护 

2. 3年以上销售或业务拓展相关工作经验；具备独立开拓业务的能力；

3. 对教育行业有高度的热情，有一定客户资源积累，有小学幼儿国际学校等教育领域人脉或资源优先；

4. 富有激情， 具有极强的表达、沟通、协作能力及执行力，能承受较大的压力。
