Job Description

• ？Pro-active assistance to National Sales Manager
• Internal sales support: support Head of Department (HoD)/？department in achieving TNS goals
• Update, check (and forwarding to SOP department) of sales forecast (in time and accurately)
• Monitoring and coordination within？department reg.
• weekly delivery status (“shortage info to SCH HoD and GM”)
• Customer Profile Cards
• Reports of monthly KPI data both for？Department total and regions; CRS report analysis
• Continuous Improvement (CIP) coordination (collecting of CIP projects, update of CIP reports and forwarding to？company CIP coordinator); constantly looking for improvement potential in dept. ？
• Update of webpage content in responsibility in department
• Collection of weekly reports and monthly reports from regional managers and National KAM
• Collection and provision of cross-selling info as cross selling coordinator
• Support on weekly department meeting and recording and forwarding of meeting minutes
• Follow up of project tracking status and update of tracking sheets (incl. monthly forwarding to GM Assistant)
• Monthly Expense Report for HoD
• Document filing (including on x path and hard copies)
• DSP (data security partner) related work
• Other tasks as requested by Sales Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT-related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in executive assistance
• Excellent understanding of MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills (pro-active communication)
• Knowledge related to (internal) sales data analysis, incl. CRM
• Good analytical skills
• Good mathematics skills
• Fluent in English

Bosch Thermotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is wholly foreign owned subsidiaries of Bosch Thermotechnik Holding B.V. Founded in 2000, the company is mainly in business of distributing products to China Markets, including Cast-ironing Boilers, Steel Boilers, Wall-hung Boilers and its accessories, water heater, as well as Solar and Heat pump products. The head office is located in Beijing. There are above 300 staffs. Our business spread over 36 provinces around China, and have branch company and after sales service centers in Shanghai and Xi’an. In Nanjing, there is a manufactory of solar products. Our mission is not only to be a boiler supplier, but also to provide entire heating system solutions to meet various requirements by our customers.
