Key Responsibilities

  

 

  

The Marketing Manager, Logistics will be responsible for maximizing rental and occupancy of properties. His/her main responsibilities includes:

  

 

  

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the logistics properties within the Company’s portfolio
• Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents
• Identifying market segments and prospects
• Involving in lease management
• Other jobs assigned by supervisor

  

 

  

Key Requirements

  

 

  

• Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing and leasing in logistics platform
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts
