Responsibilities:

· Perform project performance review including project plan review with project managers on key projects, assist in defining corrective actions and strategies to maintain profitability

· Provide the assistance on both new project set up and exciting project budget maintenance in system. Project contract maintenance in both hard copy and e-file.

· Responsible for project billing and provide the assistance on Accounts Receivable Collection and bad debt issues.

· Manage and maintain project relative account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items

· Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports assigned by manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting related major;

· Experience in project financial management and control is preferred;

· Good communication skills, adaptable, team work

· Good at written and oral English;

· Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
