岗位职责：

1.负责某个区域或市级行政区划的幼儿园渠道运营工作，推广适用于4-6岁幼儿园英语学习产品，完成相应的业绩指标

2.搜集潜在渠道信息，及时反馈并跟进

3.负责协调运营及市场团队进行渠道推广支持

4.积极开拓新客户、新市场，管理、维护已有客户，制定所辖区域营销计划
5.建立客户档案及销售量档案，每月针对本区域幼儿园情况、运作情况作分析报告，并反馈要求
6.积极反馈用户和市场对产品的需求。
任职要求：
1.有丰富的B2B大客户销售经验优先
2.本科及以上学历，有良好的职业素养，业绩优秀者大专亦可
3.抗压能力强，能适应经常性出差
4.良好的沟通能力、客户服务意识和团队协作精神，工作认真负责、细致耐心，良好的人际关系处理技巧
5.有幼儿园产品推广工作经验，了解幼儿园运作流程者优先
6.熟悉会议营销运作模式优先

Sales Manager

1., responsiblefor a regional or municipal administrative division of kindergarten channeloperation, to promote 3-6-Year-Old kindergarten English learning products, andcomplete the corresponding performance indicators.

2. collectinformation of potential channels, feedback and follow up in time

3. responsible forcoordinating operation and marketing team to promote channel promotion

4. Activelydeveloping new customers, new markets, management, maintenance of existingcustomers, and formulating regional marketing plans under the jurisdiction

5. establishcustomer files and sales records, make an analysis of the situation and operationof kindergartens in this region, and feed back the requirements.

6. activelyfeedback the demand of the user and the market to the product.

Requirements foroffice:

1. rich B2Bcustomer sales experience is preferred

2. bachelor'sdegree or above, good professionalism and excellent performance

3. strongcompression ability, can adapt to frequent business trip

4. goodcommunication skills, customer service awareness and teamwork spirit, workconscientiously, meticulous and patient, and good interpersonal skills.

5. have theexperience in the promotion of the kindergarten products, to understand thepriority of the process of the kindergarten operation

6. familiar withthe conference marketing operation mode priority
