Lead Engineer, Software is a critical role to take the following responsibilities:

？ 1.Lead DT software design team and relevant software design/development work, create DT product software design specifications based on marketing or customer requirements.

？ 2.Design, implement, and deliver the next-generation image data acquisition, display and analysis product software used in SBU and MBU with advanced digital image processing function.

？ 3.Develop and upgrade current DT product software components & system, provide customized design service for customers.

？ 4.In charge of software development technology roadmapping work.

任职要求：

Essential

？ 1.Excellent knowledge of C/C++ programming on Windows and Linux.

？ 2.Good working experience with SSE instructions, C++/CLI and C#.

？ 3.Hands-on experience of using software developing tools,(such as Visual Studio, GCC, GDB, QT and makefile) and version-control system(such as SVN).

？ 4.Good understanding of object orientated design patterns and proven experience of SDK software architect and designer.

？ 5.Strong experience with socket programming, inter-process communications, and real-time, multi-threaded programming.

？ 6.Good knowledge of network-protocal design, and hand-on experience with network packet/traffic analysis and capture tools.

？ 7.Excellent knowledge of digital Image processing technologies, especially X-ray image correction and transform algorithms.

？ 8.Good English skills of speaking and writing, and excellent knowledge of writing technical documents in English.

Desirable

？ High professional ethics and good working attitude.

？ Familiar with the software development life cycle.

？ Familiar with USB protocols s at the system/kernel level.

？ Should have initiative and willingness to work diligently during required periods to achieve project milestones.

？ Familiar with Windows driver development.

？ Understanding of Linux programming mechanism and Linux driver development.

？ Experience in embedded system development.

？ Experience in database system programming.

？ Experience in Matlab.

？ Ability to lead, motivate and develop a small R&D technical team.

Qualifications

？ Master or higher in Computer Software or related technical degree.

？ At least 8 years of software development experience
