职位描述
Essential Responsibilities
• Manage the deployment of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) in Asia and implementation of enhancements/changes to ERP in support of business initiatives
• Partner with the functional deployment leader(s) in owning the relationship with factories and distribution centers in the region.
• Work with globally located DevOps team on deployments, maintenance and user support. Coordinate activities with team with clear handoffs so work can continue around the clock
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs & reference architecture
• Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, timeline and budget/resources
• Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required.
• Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
• Ensure execution and resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
Role Summary/Purpose
• Serves as key IT Liaison & process expert for Logistics in Asia. Lead Global Supply Chain Logistics projects and represent the team with local functional and technical stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable
• Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications
• Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
Desired Experience
Technical Expertise:
• Strong project management skills including planning, scoping, initiation, resourcing and budget management
• Experience with ERP systems and concepts
• Experience in user engagement to facilitate requirements gathering
• Experience with waterfall & Agile/Iterative development methodologies
Business Acumen:
• Adept at building working relationships with functional users
• Ability to drive standardization of processes and minimize site specific deviations
• Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development/deployment tasks
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Leadership:
• Focus on business outcome; Continuously measures deliverables of self and team against scheduled commitments. Effectively balances different, competing objectives
• Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas
