Essential Responsibilities
• Partner with business and functional teams, dig business demands through three pillars -process, system and data.
• Collaborate with multi-teams to work out technical solution by leading the discussion, taking responsibility and new technology adoption
• Well manage project risks, identify critical path decisions, make recommendations and influence program leaders and business stakeholders, monitoring resources’ workload.
• Be engage with global program, bridge up region and global gap, ensure global projects smoothly deploy in region through experienced project management skills.
• Work with team and drive business outcome, encourage and influence team to innovate in terms of processes and systems portion.
• Be responsible for the local connectivity of all global enterprise applications, delivery business case analysis for china region.
• Ability to drive Agile thinking and speed, while implementing programs in business.
• Re-imagine how Power Services China can be operated in order to drive productivity, cost-out, and innovation, and execute programs that align to business OP profit walk.
Role Summary/Purpose
GE Power Digital Technology is driving data-oriented culture in Global Threads and advancing automation capabilities in Power business. In China region, we are looking for candidates who have passion discovering new emerging technologies, and solid project management background who can manage all aspects of project lifecycle from initiative through solution delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
• BS or above BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
• Minimum three years IT experience, focus in project management skills
• Strong leadership skills with at least 2-year technical experiences in terms of application, software or web based solutions
• Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
• Project management experience in global environments
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
• Familiar with common knowledge of enterprise-class applications, such as SFDC, Tableau, Power BI, ETL.
• Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
• Have knowledge about big data, data ingestion, data warehouse, and data analytic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
• Be good at learning and willing to share with team
• Strong business acumen and customer oriented

• PMP / ITIL certified
• Agile/Scrum Master
• Leadership Training Program Experience (DTLP etc)
