Essential Responsibilities

• Work closely with our business team to ensure we can deliver the correct design Cloud solution to meet customer requirement.
• Work closely with internal BU and our China operation partner to create the new China level 3 security framework.
• Provide Cloud application landing consultant to our GE internal BU for their Cloud digital product landing in China market.
• Lead team to build disaster site and solution based on China government regulations.
• Periodically conducts audits and reviews to ensure our operation and infrastructure design/build/operation to compliant industrial standards (E.g. ISO270001, China Level 3 certification and internal compliance standard for Healthcare, Aviation, Power)
• Conducts interviews, details, and asks questions to make sure our engineer make every effort to stay compliant across the entire support platform.
• Stays informed about China MIIT Cloud and industry standards and makes sure our entire platform and product operates within those standards
• Manage major projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals. Provides project leadership, mentors Operational Excellence team members, and provides training in ITIL.
• Prepare budget plans by projection of revenues and cost forecasts.
• Prepare our new service product offering catalog to our customer for their on demand services.
• Analyze weekly/monthly operation/process report matrix. Host the meeting with customer to review and make the improvement plan.
• Provide analytical inputs to Operations Head on capacity utilization, costs for planning.
• Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets

Role Summary/Purpose

• This role is focus on GE external hosting environment and ensure Cloud hosting environment on Compute, Network, and Storage in line with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Deploy “In China for China” Infrastructure as a Service platform with global standard to meet customer requirements.
• Deep drive the current operation process based on ITIL. Work with our customer to improve our entire operation satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
• ISO270001, CISSP or ITIL certification.
• Detail-Oriented, Personal Integrity.
• At least 10 years related experience.

• Knowledge/experience in both private and public Cloud technology.
• Understands cloud solution approaches from a technical (infrastructure), service management, financial and sourcing perspective.
• Skilled in ITIL and operation process deployment, optimization.
• Skilled in ISO270001 and Level 3 certification.
• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
• Experience in Cloud Security Infrastructure deployment frameworks.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver while mentoring and helping team.
• Able to ensure understanding of issues and present clear rationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Can use two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results.
