Cortana team in Microsoft STCA in Beijing and Suzhou is building new conversational system for Cortana, a digital personal assistant which is the artificial intelligence flagship product of Microsoft.

Positions opens for one of the following areas at different levels:

1. Runtime system design and development for large scale cloud services

2. Service quality monitoring, measurement and optimization

3. Machine learning system and experiment platform



Qualification:

1. B.S. degree in computer science or related fields for system design and service operation or M.S. degree in computer science, math, automatic control, or physics for machine learning.

2. Familiar with development and debugging in C#, Python, Javascript etc.

3. At least five years of industry experiences in engineering or research is preferred.

4. Expertise in one of the area will be a big plus:

a) Deep understanding of large-scale cloud services.

b) Natural language processing esp. dialog management

c) Deep learning esp. deep reinforcement learning

d) Knowledge representation and reasoning
