Work location: Beijing, Suzhou
Bing China search team is working on AI+Search innovation for Chinese users and partners. We are looking for a creative and passionate engineers who are strong interesting in AI, NLP, Knowledge and Big Data process. You are expected to collaborate with other talents to explore AI in Search products. As a senior dev, you have opportunities to drive a product with end-to-end experience, design it, create it and ship it. If you have strong R&D background in computer science engineering and good leadership, this is ideal position for you to explore these new technologies and grow your career path.
Basic Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of professional software development experience or research experience.
2. A Master/PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
3. Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
4. Self-motivated and passionate
5. Leadership skill to drive product development
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in information retrieval, machine learning, big data process, NLP are highly preferred
2. Experience in AI or Search engine.
