Roles & Responsibilities:

Auriga team is the development team responsible for Cortana backend and intelligent services for agent and bots. The challenges the team is solving is to manage dialogs ranging from task completion to casual chat which are just responses generate by an open set of skills of personal assistant. The solution should also be efficient, high performing, extensible, and scalable to meet massive number of users.

We are looking for applied scientists and developers with passion and knowledge to build conversational AI technology. You will work closely with product managers, partner development teams and UX designers to design, implement, test, deploy, stabilize, and monitor platform and agent/bot features in a fast-paced agile development environment. You will work with a highly motivated team solving complex problems and have fundamental business impact and incredible opportunities to learn and grow. The scope of work includes:

1.Develop strategy, models and algorithms for dialog management for task completion and casual chat.

2.Build toolkits and platform for human-computer conversation including design & implementation, experiment, triage & ship and maintain.



Required Qualifications:

Successful candidate will have:

1.BS/MS in Computer Science, Automatic Control, Phycology or related fields

2.Excellent communication and collaboration skills

3.Excellent system design and problem solving skills

4.Familiar with development and debugging in C#, Python, Javascript etc.

5.Research & development in machine learning (esp. reinforcement learning and deep learning), natural language processing, or knowledge representation is strongly preferred
