岗位职责:

1.完善市务部的管理制度，保证招商和营运的正常运作；

2.协助团队负责制定商场招商规划，协助开展既定招商工作；

3.负责组织市场调查，预测市场发展趋势，并针对市场的变化和竞争的需要提出应对策略；

4.负责协调沟通，配合其他相关部门的工作开展；

5.建立良好客户关系与市场关系；

6.协助处理并解决突发事件。

 

任职条件:

 

1.本科或以上；英语熟练，CET-4\6级；

2.2年以上大型商场工作经验，具物业发展行业的工作经验者优先

3.较强的市场敏感度，熟悉商业运作和经营；具房地产前期招商经验者优先

4.熟悉大型购物广场的管理工作，协调各部门之间的关系；

5.具备团队建设与独立解决问题的能力；

6.协作精神、诚信正直、开朗；
