岗位职责

1、负责公司广告客户开拓与维护，公司SEM数字效果营销、社交媒体营销项目、媒体广告产品销售、活动和会议赞助的销售工作;

2、3-5年互联网广告相关行业销售经验，熟悉互联网广告营销模式，了解市场与客户需求，掌握充足的客户资源，具有优秀的客户拓展与需求服务能力；

3、收集市场信息及客户需求反馈，定期向公司内部分享反馈；

4、根据销售团队所制定的销售目标开发新的销售渠道、配合完成整个部门的销售计划，完成公司下达的业绩目标；

任职要求：

1. 有媒体广告销售及互联网广告销售经验者优先；

2. 良好的人际沟通技巧，能出色地开拓及维护客户关系，与客户进行深度沟通，准确理解、把握和挖掘客户需求，提供创意而有效的解决方案，高效整合内外部资源促成销售业绩；

3. 对互联网广告行业了解者优先，了解基本商业模式、营销模式、用户需求及消费习惯；
