Job Responsibility:
1. To be responsible for import custom clearance for the various kinds of chemical products offered by Sigma-Aldrich family.
2. To be responsible for working with customers to apply for import license required (1,2,7,A,F,I,J,Q,S,W,X,Y).
3. To classify the Chinese tariff codes and maintain database
4. To work internally with other department to support business
5. To prepare proper documents for custom and have proper filing of all documents
6. To build and maintain good relationship with all related government offices and depts.
7. To responsible for compliance of company in china
8. To answer any import cargo status or compliance inquiry


Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree major in Organic Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Bio-chemistry or related areas;
2. 3 years working experience in custom clearance area with import licenses application; pharmaceutical exp. is an. asset
3. Customer oriented with strong teamwork spirit; Good communication skills with leadership
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English, CET IV certificate is a must, CET VI is a plus;
5. Familiar with PC operations including but not limit to MS Office; ERP like SAP knowledge would be a plus
