我们正征募一名具备“我能做到!”态度的人才,为本公司担任销售、市场、公共及活动策划重要一职。求职者必须热忱于家庭教育事业。您必须能为销售目标鼓足干劲,积极为本院课程招生,并且具备为本院品牌设立长远的战略计划的能力。

Then Grape Garden is the place for you! We are a growing early-childhood English immersion and Family training center located near the East 5th ring road in Beijing. We are looking for a talented individual with a can do attitude to handle all facets of sales, marketing, PR event planning and event execution.

The most important quality for this job is a genuine concern and desire to help families to enroll in our English Immersion classes and Family training classes. The right candidate needs to be driven to achieve set sales goals while taking a long term approach to building our brand and image in our community. There is high earning potential and opportunity to advance as you help us expand and grow.


Responsibilities:

85% Sales& Marketing, 15% Office Management and Other


Sales:

- Set and meet monthly sales goals with Director

- Generate and follow-up with leads and inquiries

- Communicate with Lead Teachers to schedule trial classes and visits

- Initiate new class according to customer requirements and coordinate with Director


Marketing/PR:

- Plan and execute internal and external events (marketing events, seminars)

- Set up a year-round marketing plan to build brand recognition and attract new customers

- Build up our database of potential members and maintain communication

- Research our competition for pricing and policy

- Deepen relationships with our partners in coordination with our Operations Manager



Office Management:

- Translation (English to Chinese) and proof reading (Chinese)

- Come up with proper wording for promotional and parent documents

- Manage employees when asked to

- Assist in creating policies

- Keep detailed and accurate records of your work by inputting data at system

- Assist director recruiting and Interview interns and employment candidates

- Create an operations manual for your position

- Attend meetings and events as required

- Perform other duties as assigned

- Up hold and promote a positive company image

- Speak honestly and respectfully to families about our services and pricing

- Keep company information private during and after your time at work.


Qualifications:

- Bilingual (Chinese and English)

- Passionate about child and family education

- Energetic, self-starter, goal orientated, smart and independent

- Pleasant demeanor with adults and children

- Willing to share and promote ideas

- Very good Computer and MS Office skills


职责:85%市场策划及销售工作,15%行政管理及其他工作


销售工作职责:

- 制定、执行并完成每月营销指标

- 发掘潜在客户、跟进销售线索和信息

- 有效与外教老师沟通,于适当时间安排学员探访及体验课

- 与院长商讨如何开办新课堂来满足家长的需求



市场及公共工作职责:

- 策划并执行院内外活动(如宣传活动、讲座等)

- 制定年度市场营销计划,提高本院品牌认知度并吸引新客户群

- 建立并完善潜在客户数据库,积极展开后续跟进工作,确保每一名目标客户从初次联络到最后报名本院课程,皆得到完整跟进

- 通过市场调研、竞争对手的分析,及时有效将信息归纳并反馈给上司,作为服务质量和结构调整的依据

- 致力于与合作伙伴建立、巩固持久双赢的合作关系



行政工作职责:

- 负责英译中翻译工作,对中文译稿进行校对

-负责线上下市场营销、促销活动、家长函等文件的撰写,确保文字清新、文句顺畅、思路表达完整

-按院长安排负责管理其他员工

-协助制定本院各项制度规章

-有效使用管理系统软件对工作进行准确无误的记录

-协助院长招聘及面试求职者或实习生

-制定《市场策划及营销管理操作手册》,供企业实践规范化及培训使用

-出席相关会议及活动

-履行院长安排的其他工作

-优秀的客户服务意识,人际关系好,懂得察言观色;与成人、孩子交际诚恳;聆听能力好;了解消费者心态

-勇于提出建议、乐于分享思路

-熟练Windows操作系统,能够有效使用Office办公软件进行数据统计和分析;对应资料文档的收发、保存、归档

-出色的互联网操作及搜索资料能力,具备互联网营销知识
