1. Designs, develops, and validates relevant enzyme activity or ligand-binding assays using contemporary assay detection technologies (TR-FRET, FP, IMAP, AlphaScreen, SPR, DSF, ITC etc.) to evaluate small molecule modulators. 能够利用现代检测技术（TR-FRET, FP, IMAP, AlphaScreen, SPR, DSF, ITC 等），设计、开发和验证相关酶活性或配体结合试验以评价小分子调节剂。

  

2. Executes medium throughput enzyme activity or ligand-binding screening to identify ‘hit’ compounds 执行中等通量酶活性或配体结合筛选，以识别“苗头”化合物。

  

3. Develop and perform orthogonal assays to confirm “hit” compounds and contribute to lead series discovery开发和执行正交试验，以确认“苗头”化合物，有助于发现先导系列。

  

4. Conducts routine SAR assays to support lead optimization efforts and contribute to DC (development candidate) identification for ongoing drug discovery projects 实施SAR试验，以支持先导物优化工作，有助于正进行的药物发现项目中DC（用于开发的候选物）的识别。

  

5. Develops an understanding of the integration of target mechanism of action (MOA) studies into drug discovery programs, performs MOA studies on selective compounds to support our drug discovery projects建立将靶标作用机理（MOA）研究与药物发现程序整合的思维，对选择的化合物进行MOA研究，以支持我们的药物发现项目。

  Develop, conduct and analyze in vitro/ex vivo mechanism of action assays to support data for efficacy studies. 开发、实施和分析体外/离体作用机理实验，为药效研究提供数据支持。

任职要求：

  

1. Ph. D. degree in biochemistry or related discipline with some enzymology and/or biophysical experience in a research and/or development environment, or MS degree with at least 3 years of enzyme pharmacology experience in CRO or drug discovery industry. 已取得生物化学或相关学科博士学位，具有研究和/或开发环境下的酶学和/或生物物理学研究经验，或已取得硕士学位并具有3年以上在CRO或药物发现企业的酶药理学经验。

  

2. Experience in protein expression and characterization is desired.必须具有蛋白表达和鉴定经验。

  

3. Experience in the development, validation and implementation of in vitro enzyme target assays using a range of assay detection techniques is essential.必须具有利用一系列检测技术开发、验证和实施体外酶靶标实验的经验。

  Experience in Biophysical techniques such SPR, DSF and ITC is a plus具有生物物理学技术经验者，比如SPR、DSF和ITC，将优先考虑。
