1. Apply biology and cellular pharmacology knowledge and skills to design and execute in vitro cellular experiments involving the evaluation of small molecule modulators. 具有生物和细胞药理学相关知识，能够设计并执行评价小分子调节剂的体外细胞实验。

  

2. Develop and validate a variety of cellular assays to understand the target of interest and characterize small molecule inhibitors/activators. 开发和验证多种细胞实验，以理解目标靶点和小分子抑制剂/激活剂的特点。

  

3. Develop and conducts relevant cellular SAR assays to support lead optimization efforts and contribute to DC (development candidate) identification for ongoing drug discovery projects. 开发和实施相关细胞SAR实验，以支持先导物优化工作，有助于正进行的药物发现项目中DC（用于开发的候选物）的识别。

  

4. Develop, conduct and analyze in vitro/ex vivo mechanism of action assays to support data for efficacy studies. 开发、实施和分析体外/离体作用机理实验，为功效研究提供数据支持。

  

5. Design and analyze pharmacodynamic experiments to support preclinical studies. 设计和分析药效学实验，以支持临床前研究。

Maintain and routinely employ in-depth knowledge of project-related scientific literature. 持续关注和深入理解项目相关科学文献。

任职要求：

1. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Pharmacology or related field in a research and/or development environment, or MS degree with at least 3 years of cellular pharmacology experience in CRO or drug discovery industry.生物学、药理学或相关领域的博士学位，或硕士学位并具有3年以上在CRO或药物发现企业的细胞药理研究经验。

  

2. The successful candidate will have a background and expertise in at least one of the following: Oncology and/or immuno-oncology; Metabolic diseases that include diabetic and obesity; T cell biology that related to IO and/or auto-immune diseases. 拥有以下至少一方面的背景和专业知识：肿瘤学和/或免疫-肿瘤学；代谢疾病包括糖尿病和肥胖症；与IO相关的T细胞生物学和/或自身免疫性疾病。

  

3. Hands on experience in cell culture, Western blot, ELISA and flow cytometry etc is essential. Biomarker discovery experience in cell lines and/or primary tissue/cells is preferred. 具有细胞培养、Western blot、ELISA和流式细胞术等技能。具有细胞系和/或原代组织/细胞中生物标志物发现经验者将优先考虑。

  

4. Technical proficiency in molecular biology such as PCR, cloning, in vitro genome editing (CRISPR and other methodologies) is preferred. 精通分子生物技术者，比如PCR、克隆、体外基因组编辑（CRISPR 和其它方法），将优先考虑。

  

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 具有优秀的书面写作和口头交流能力。
