As a senior biologist, you will play key roles in target evaluation/validation, hit identification, hit validation and MOA studies in drug discovery process. Your responsibilities include the following: 作为资深生物学家，您将在药物研发过程中对目标靶点的评估与验证，以及对苗头化合物的识别，确认和MOA的研究中起关键作用。你的责任包括以下内容:

  

1. Design and execute biochemical and/or in vitro cellular experiments to understand the target of interest and to evaluate/characterize small molecule modulator。 设计和实施生物化学和体外细胞生物学实验，以了解目标靶点并评估小分子调节剂与靶点的结合方式。

  

2. Coach and develop research associate/junior scientist in experimental design, data management and analysis。在实验设计，数据管理和数据分析等方面指导和培养研究助理/初级科学家。

  

3. Develop and conducts relevant cellular SAR assays to support lead optimization efforts and contribute to DC (development candidate) identification for ongoing drug discovery projects. 开发和开展相关细胞SAR检测实验以支持先导药物系列的优化工作，并为正在进行的药物研发项目的DC（用于开发的候选物）鉴定做出贡献

5. Design and analyze pharmacodynamic experiments to support preclinical studies. 设计和分析药效学实验以支持临床前研究

任职要求：

  

1. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related fields with > 5 years of small molecule drug discovery experiences preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. 候选人应具有在细胞生物学，生物化学，药理学或相关领域的博士学位，具有5年以上在制药或生物技术行业的小分子药物开发经验。

  

2. The successful candidate will have a background and expertise in at least one of the following: Oncology (including IO); liver/lung fibrosis/diseases; T cell biology that related to IO and/or auto-immune diseases, CNS diseases。 成功的候选人将至少是以下一个领域的专家：肿瘤学（包括IO）; 肝/肺纤维化/疾病; 与IO和/或自身免疫疾病，CNS疾病相关的T细胞生物学

  

3. Solid knowledge and experience in cell assay development and/or biochemical assay development in small molecule drug discovery is essential.
