配合及协助店经理及主管，以达成公司销售业绩、维护品牌形象为目的，执行日常整个精品店的运营及销售工作。销售顾问/销售助理的主要职责如下：

● 销售计划的实施和汇报

按照店铺经理和主管的要求，实现个人销售目标，包括销售额和作品组合

在销售过程中体现团队合作，并协助其它团队成员达成目标维护与客户的长期良好关系。体现品牌精神，向主管汇报与客人沟通情况，及时将客人的信息要求反馈给公司，确保更好的服务和加深客户关系

了解市场动态、竞争品牌等相关信息，给予客户专业的分析，提升品牌的知名度和形象

● 对于自身的行为管理

严格遵照品牌要求，确保个人形象和行为符合品牌要求

对品牌历史、背景、文化及作品有完整认知和诠释

熟悉登喜路服务标准并严格遵守，确保给予顾客周到的服务和美好的购物体验

● 对于店铺的运营

了解及遵守精品店安全规则及保安程序，完成精品店营业前的准备工作和精品店营业后的整理工作，记录作品的销售以及进出等相关事项，同时做好作品的验收工作

确保精品店内外的环境整洁，及销售工具的安全、整理、正确摆放

按照品牌的特别规定陈列，清洁、包装、摆放作品，协助并负责陈列用具的管理

根据主管安排进行每日盘点，协助库管进行月底盘点
