Job Description

1. [30%] Solution Development:

- Lead, propose and specify tailored ETAS HIL test and validation solutions that improve the customer’s ECU development processes.

2. [70%] Project Execution:

- Help project manager to do the requirement analysis, quotation preparation.

- Take the lead of system specification, engineering parts specification.

- Conduct the system test and setup, including engineering parts tests, system open loop test and system closed loop test with customer’s controller.

- Documentation with all the designs, specifications and tests.

- Modify and parameterize the model available based on the requirements of projects.

Qualifications

Working experience:

- 5 years ECU system development or test experience, especially in HiL test.

Education:

- Master degree +, preferred on major of EE or automotive engineering.

Technical Skills /Abilities:

- Experience with HIL test system, know the principle and operation of system.

- Rich HIL system execution experience in EMS PT Internal Combustion Engine (Gasoline, Diesel) setup or HEV.

- Be able to create new application solution for the ECU test, according to customer’s requirements.

- Understanding about the control strategies and development process in the automotive control area.

- Know-How in ETAS tools, products especially in HiL test and validation field (LABCAR, LCO, LCA, INCA, etc.) is a plus.

- Experience in working with HW (IO Boards, Racks, etc.) and SW (C, C# and The Mathworks？ Products).

Soft Skills:

- Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English language.

- Good analytic and problem solving skills.

- Convincing customer communication skill.

- Willingness to travel frequently (50%) within China, and twice a year to Germany.

- Capability to integrate and work in an international team.

- Willingness to travel frequently within China.

- Willingness to communicate with customer to promote ETAS solution.
