• Provides technical knowledge and guidance to associate design engineers

• Provides resources, develops and deploys processes and methods as well as dedicated tooling to the design team and projects

• Manages Best Cost Country engineering activities

• Assists either the Head of D&D or the Group Leader D&D in planning the strategy, capacity, trainings, cost and budget and monitors the results

• Supports expansion of Best Cost Country locations supporting D&D activities

• Directs Design of wiring systems / components for one or more projects

• Is responsible for the coordination of the overall product design of one or more compartments

Qualifications required/任职资格:

· Bachelor degree and above

本科及以上学历

· Automotive, mechanical, electronic, electrical and other related industries

汽车、机械、电子电气等相关行业

· More than 3 years working experience in harness development
