? Update and prepare media kits for advertising sales. 

? Maintain and communicate with overseas clients. 

? Daily management of the online ad delivery system. Check all online ads technical specification and execute live test before launch. Provide detailed traffic data, analysis and screenshots after campaign. 

? Execute daily performance monitor during all online advertising campaigns period and timely report to the relevant sales staff. 

? Produce weekly and monthly sales report and analysis. 

? Perform administrative and office support activities for advertising sales in China. Duties may include word processing, faxing, filing documents, maintaining advertising clients’ database records, managing mailing and delivery of items for sales purposes. 

Qualifications 

? Strong command of the English language 

? Intermediate skills of MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. 

? Graphic and digital design skill 

? Experience in data management and data analysis.
