- 乙方SAP系统实施3年以上经验，熟悉SAP ECC及SAP SRM/SCM/CRM/PLM/BI/MDM等系统的安装，迁移，升级，性能调优等工作。
- 熟悉SAP系统BASIS运维工作，可以独立完成SAP系统日常巡检和运维
- 熟悉SAP Solution Manager系统
- 熟悉SAP HANA/ORACLE/SYBASE/DB2/MSSQL数据库产品，可以适应基本的DBA工作。
- 熟悉AIX/HPUX/Linux/Windows操作系统
- 可以独立交付SAP项目的Basis部分
- 熟悉SAP系统架构设计、SAP硬件估算、SAP权限设计
- 敬业、富有团队合作精神，必要时能加班加点按照计划完成任务
