• Sales operation support

• Assist sales in creating new opportunities, maintaining/cleaning up of the sales records SFDC according to the updates from distributors or the sales managers

• Regularly check the compliance of the forecast updates from distributors and work out the request sheet for sales manager.

• Help with the preparation of sales support literature and bidding documents once required.

• Assist sales team on China territory report, market trends update, competition analysis, etc.

• Other tasks assigned by the sales team.

• Cross training for sales order entry and service support

• Marketing communication and support:

• Offline events arrangement including sponsorship application, booth design and onsite support for GATAN owned workshops;

• Online media resource management including press release on gatan.com.cn, wechat account promotion.

• Design and lead marketing campaign, communicate with partners and mainstream portal.

• Production, like brochure, catalog etc.

- Build and maintain China TEM/SEM market database.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

Previous experience in sales operation at least 2 years

A degree in a technical discipline or business education

Former experience with marketing experience is preferred

Excellent command of the basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
