? Owns the Service Level Management process locally, ensures its proper execution and is accountable for the overall Service Quality delivered by internal and external IT Infrastructure providers to the business area in scope

? Serves as the contact point for the IT Business Support group for all IT Infrastructure related requests, questions and issues.

? Ensures close cooperation between the respective IT Business Support group and IT Infrastructure service providers.

? Enables and enhances communications between IT Infrastructure service providers and the respective IT Business Support group.

? Monitors business satisfaction and advises supplier’s Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for appropriate actions where needed.

? With the IT Business Support group and SDM, analyzes IT Infrastructure requirements based on project plans for input into the IT Infrastructure budgeting process as needed.

? Conducts or supports Local IT Head in definition of Service Level Requirements with their business groups.

? Liaises with SDM to deliver business requests, providing early input into the IT Infrastruc？ture planning and budgeting process as needed.

? Collaborates with Service Delivery Manager to:

? Understand current IT Infrastructure services, processes, roles and responsibilities as well as service levels.

? Support Local IT Head in communication of Infrastructure policies to the business and management of expectations of the business.

? Provide consulting to the IT Business Support group on Infrastructure-related issues, plans, etc.

? Arbitrate requests for modified policies, services or service levels.

? Jointly drive changes in IT Infrastructure areas required to meet business needs.

? Facilitate service problem resolution. Escalate as needed.

? Establish lines of communication for business notification of system status, especially escalation paths in case of business critical system outages.

? Identify critical customer-related Infrastructure processes and facilitate improvement.

? Assist IT Business Support Group in negotiating SLAs and OLAs.

? Monitor and review the suppliers’ SLA, OLA performance

? Continuously monitors resolution of open incidents and escalates when appropriate

? Coordinates local input to (and adherence with) quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective infrastructure actions

Ideal Background

Education: Degree in Information Systems or comparable education/ experience

Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken) and local language

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management,including project management, service management, vendor management,financial management
