1. 负责汽车电子客户方案推广和技术支持,提供客户拜访报告

2. 协调内部资源与供应商关系,实现公司、客户和供应商三者共赢

3. 客户项目进度跟踪与维护,提供项目跟踪报告,参加原厂QBR Meeting, Month Review Meeting等会议

4. 了解并分析竞争对手信息,提供决策建议

5. 参加各供应商技术培训,分享培训资料与信息

职位要求:

1.电气工程及其自动化、电力电子等相关专业本科及以上学历

2.具有3年以上汽车电子研发设计或技术支持经验,了解汽车电子完整研发流程

3.了解汽车电子各模块应用框图

3.具备较强的独立分析解决问题能力以及注重团队合作意识

4.具有较强的自我管理,自我学习和客户管理能力

5. 语言沟通能力强,且具有英文读写能力

6. 性格开朗,乐于与人打交道.有FAE客户技术支持经验优先

Automotive Segment Field Applications Engineer

Summary

The Field Application Engineer is responsible to identifying and driving demand creation by maximizing Intedrive automotive team resource on designs. Has a broad understanding of the customer needs and can leverage automotive electronic engineering and design services resources to facilitate solutions for customers. Partner with the sales team by providing technical support and consulting to promote design wins, maximized margins, and market share. Develop relationships with customer engineers and engineering management; as well as, supplier reps. Advocate design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales. Has a basic understand of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs, including vertical segmentation.

Responsibilities

Demand Creation:

· Customer facing activities.

· Drive demand creation by maximizing Intedrive automotive team resource on designs.

· Understand customer needs and leverage automotive electronic engineering and design services resources to facilitate solutions for customers.

· Apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies.

· Engagement within the customer organization to influence design decisions.

· Balance support for customers and suppliers in a manner.

· Maximize margins, appropriately positioning automotive segment FAE value.

Customer Support:

· Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.

· Technical calibrations & research with sales & other Interdive depts. & Suppliers.

· In support of the customer design. Champion return on engineering investment, design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales.

Products & Training:

· Attend supplier trainings in person and via conference calls.

Relationships:

· Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives.

· Identify key relationships amongst decision makers within suppliers and customers.

Strategic role:

· Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and QBR. Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line or customer solutions.

· Participate in initiatives through branch training and customer calls.

· Organize engineering customer events.

Administrative & other Duties:

· Participate in activities to ensure proper documentation, communication; registration, and tracking of design win activities.

· Prepare quarterly business review, expense report submission.

· Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from a four-year college or university and 2-4 years of design/automotive experience; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Have strong understanding of electronic fundamentals and design principles and have automotive electronic experience.

· Experience with complete design cycle.

· Must be able to handle tough challenges involving complex and challenging designs, high visibility customers, and adversarial situations.

· Must have excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills.

· Customer Service experience/skills are imperative.

· Requires a self-starter who has the ability to prioritize, multitask and deal with pressure.

· Time management and organizational skills are an essential part of this position.

An understanding of sales activities, sales cycle, and techniques is preferred.
