岗位职责：对外籍来华人士进行汉语培训，传播中国语言文化。

1、有两年以上正规对外汉语教学经验。

2、全日制本科以上学历，所学专业为对外汉语专业、汉语言文学专业、英语专业或相关语言类，师范类等。了解一定的汉语言知识，熟悉中国传统文化。有相关对外汉语教学证书者优先考虑。

3、热爱对外汉语教学，为人诚恳，有耐心，有责任心，有亲和力。

4、普通话标准，并具有良好的表达能力。

5、有良好的协调能力、沟通能力和课堂掌控能力。

6、根据学生的年龄、性格、国别特点，以及学生的不同学习风格选择与之相适应的教学方法，制定合理的教学计划，并完成相应的教学任务。

7、能接受弹性工作时间。上课地点灵活。
