DUTIES

Job Summary:

职责概要：

To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.

保持所在的厨房所提供的食品、服务和卫生符合酒店管理的高保准。

To be responsible for cooking Chinese Cuisine.

主要负责出品京菜。

REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit 身体健康
• College level and above大专或以上学历
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an International class hotel 至少3年的在国际酒店工作的相关经验
• People and customer oriented 顾客/员工至上
• Motivator and self- starter 鼓励他人，严于律已
• Team builder 团队合作者
• Displays initiative and creativity 工作积极主动
• Commitment to professional values 追求职业价值
