Responsibilities:

- Execute the projects in North China

Strong knowledge of project development procedure, successful in projects leading .

- Execute steam project including product spec review, safety review, CAD review, EB/pilot production follow up.

- Work with factory and US team for project update and communication

Experience:

- At least 8 years of project/team management experience, preferably in household electrical appliances （heated products）,

- Ideally possess 4-5 years of direct Pro/E Wildfire 3D CAD software experience

Functional Skills/Knowledge:

- Strong leadership qualities, collaborative work ethic

- Proven ability to drive innovation in the engineering conceptualization stages by pushing technology limits while balancing feasibility criteria such as manufacturability, cost, technology risk, implementation schedule

- A broad view and understanding of the product development process, and effective experience leading multi-disciplined team efforts in the evolution of products from concept through testing, verification and approval

- Demonstrable background interfacing with and getting the best from supplier factories

- A solid understanding of manufacturing methods and materials, project planning, risk management (i.e. DFMEA) and other design controls

- Manage and build strong internal team through active involvement with mentorship, project guidance, inspire through example, infuse creative passion

- Strong language skills, highly proficient in verbal and written English, Mandarin

Education/Certifications/Affiliations

- Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering Degree
