Report to: VP, Marketing

Mission/Purpose of the Job

To support profitable/healthy growth of AVR business by providing marketing teamrequestedmarketing and sales data analysis

Main Responsibilities

1.Promote transparency in facts & figures to ensure a decision process based on adequate and objective information.

2.Providebest in class tools and analysis in order to support management decisions and our ambitious targets.

3.Cooperate and communicate closelywith AVR marketing team, IV BLMs and local marketing responsibles in CCs, provide the requested data analysis

4.Timely monitor and analyze the outstanding performance by products, market sectors and regions, indentify the bottleneck, and propose the solution or raise early warning signals when needed.

5.Engage in ongoing margin/profit improving, by diving into deeper levels of SAP data analysis.

6.Assist the VP Marketing in business reviews, help to prepare divisional and business review meetings packages.

7.Evaluate specific situations in relation to customers and projects, assist and support in solving problems.

8.Actively participate in business reveiw and planning process

9.Assisting the Divisional Business Controller with financial analysis.

10.Other duties as requested.

Scope of the job

1.Global role, located in Tianjin or Beijing

2.Interact with product managers, market sector manager, sales operation managers and IV BLMs who are all in high profiles, and from all brands and all of the world

3.Very good communication skill, f2f and on-line, with excellent English and adaptability of cultural context

4.Understand IV Division product, product hirachy, and its value proposition in order to analysis product performace and product life cycle

5.Understand global industrial vacuum market, market sectors and applications in order to analysis market sector development trend collect relative market information and analyze it

6.Understand global economic development trend and its corelation with industrial vacuum market, collect it from local marketing responsibles of CC, help VP Marketing to correctly predict and guide the business

7.Flexible working hours

8.Domestic and global travelling if needed

9.Assist Divisional Marketing VP and Divisional marketing team, by providingSales & Marketing analysis, to support the Divisional business growth (400?500 MUSD/year) quickly (double digit) and profitably (UGP target)

10.People

Support whole AVR marketing team, with multi brands such as COMPANY, Edwards.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

1.Bachelorof finance or business adminitration, MBA is more preferred

2.3+ years work experience in finance controlling of international trading, 3+ years for analysis

3.Familiar with SAP/GPS ERPsystem

4.Very Excellentwritten and oral English
